Physicians recommend daily consumption of water.
(Typically, Half your body weight in ounces per day)
Hydratation Is Key!

  • Drink 5-8 glasses of water per day. You do not need to have a full bladder when you come in. It is extremely important to keep hydrated several days prior to your appointment, as the image above shows. Not enough water will show result in poor-quality pictures.

  • Empty your bladder 30 minutes-1 hour prior to your appointment.

  • If you are not diabetic or do not have any sugar issues, I'd recommend drink a glass of orange juice or apple juice 15 minutes prior to your appointment.

  • Arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your scheduled to fill out paperwork.
